Is our data stored in Australia?
Yes. All data is hosted on Australian servers. We don't send student or family data offshore.
Does the AI publish things on its own?
No. Everything the assistant produces is a draft. You review the change inline, then approve, save as draft, or discard it. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Do parents need to download another app?
No. Parents can do everything from the browser — announcements, newsletters, events, and chat all work on any device. The mobile apps are an optional extra that bring chat with staff into your pocket, with push notifications, so you don't need to keep a browser tab open to stay in the loop.
